These rules listed below have been put in place to ensure that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Our staff team will moderate these rules meaning.

The most important rule to maintain serious roleplay at all times is to provide immersive roleplay. Our team along with the information below will determine if your actions violate our standards.

Please understand that Roleplaying is about participation and improvisation, and not about “Winning” or “Losing”. You should be pleased with your character's achievements and story they made.

Witnessing Rule Breaks: If you witness someone break a rule do not break character and make a ticket in the discord server with at least proof to show the rule break. Clips require to be longer than 1:30 and must have audio.

Character Death/Character Killing: Is up to the player of the character force character kills will lead up to a three day ban. If the character has been killed off they can not use that character again and the character death must be reported to the staff team.

Cloudy RP enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against racial slurs, discriminatory language, and any behavior targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, or cultural background. This rule applies universally, regardless of your own background or whether the behavior is in-character or out-of-character. Violations will result in immediate disciplinary action.

No Hate speech, this includes messages that promote or incite violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic, is strictly prohibited.

No NSFW. Any sharing or posting of inappropriate content (e.g., explicit images, pornographic material, or links to such content) is prohibited. This includes text, images, or media that are sexually explicit, violent, or graphic.

No Impersonation. Do not impersonate other players, community members, or staff members. This includes using similar usernames, account names, or other methods to mislead others.

No Advertising. Do not advertise other servers, websites, or products without prior approval from the server or community owner.

Always treat others with respect and kindness. Everyone is here to have fun and enjoy the experience. Discrimination, harassment, and toxic behavior create a hostile environment for others.

Cheating, hacking, using exploits, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage through unauthorized means is strictly prohibited.

Spamming, excessive messaging, or flooding chats with repeated messages, emojis, or inappropriate content will result in penalties.
